Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst with a minimum of 3 years in business and operations to support our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and improving processes.
Duties:
- Prepare documents, handouts, and presentations for meetings.
- File documents and maintain databases.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures.
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
- Manage team calendars and follow up on any concerns.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, data mining and extraction, and data manipulation.
- Individualize data, translate it into PowerPoint decks, and explain the data clearly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of business and operations experience.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong note-taking skills.
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder interactions.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
